In addition to selling my son Zach's house months ago, Steve just sold my daughter Sasha and Viren a beautiful house. Rebecca Hess. This gal is a real piece of work. My prior landlord had the place for sale and sold it. Before he notified me himself, Rebecca jumped the gun and did so (I guess she couldn't help herself), which created a lot of confusion.

Rebecca stormed the place the next day with an entire family, entering my residence for a viewing. They hung around the place like it was the thing to do. After they left, I expressed my frustration to Rebecca. She came back into my apartment and was highly reactive, entering my residence without permission. I'm not sure where she got her sense of entitlement from. After she finally exited the premises, I of course shut the door in her face, and she proceeded to open it and yell more things at me. That shocked me, that this woman would trespass like that -- if she were a man there would have been severe consequences for that sort of thing. Pretty sure it's also not a legal thing to do. She'll learn one day -- sometimes you shake a tree and a jaguar falls on your head.

I'm allowed to be frustrated as a resident whose rights were violated, having a group of strangers come into my home and have a nice, long look around -- I have an excuse. A real estate "professional" acting this way in public -- insanely...

Steve Prescott is FANTASTIC! For those of you that live out of town or need help fixing up the house prior to selling, read on! I had initially tried to sell the home in 2010 with Steve. At that time I could not sell the home without taking a loss so I made the decision to pull it off the market and turn it into a rental. Fast forward 12 years, too many frustrating renters and enter a seller's market. I cold called Steve and after 12 years he still remembered me!!!! Told me exactly which street my home was on without me even prompting him! At this point I no longer lived in town and didn't know how to go about getting the house fixed up and market ready. Steve got to work and started calling in all his crews and in a matter of weeks the house was devoid of trash, walls painted, carpets replaced and all dings/dents/dysfunctions were fixed. There is NO WAY I would have been able to arrange all this myself or get it done in anywhere close to the time frame that he was able to. He is a GODSEND!
