I do not like giving 1 star because the facility itself it great. The system and the set up is 5 star; but the quality of staff overpowers and cripples the overall quality of the business. They are obviously not held to any standard of professionalism whatsoever. With apparent entitlement issues and overly Cocky attitudes, the young staff ruins any enjoyment you would have otherwise had while bowling here. Food was poor because laziness. Ability to handle confrontation was sadly displayed by calling “papa” to fix their mistakes. So I must apologize to this owner for the overall rating; I really have enjoyed the bowling alley multiple times before and had planned to many more in the future but until staff is taught the standard in professional, and actually held to it , I will not be returning sadly. You should never be able to tell when a staff member is family to owners by what they think they can get away with , especially when it comes to how they treat the people that are helping to keep the business going.

let’s just add this – I was never once asked to leave the facility , in fact we finished our game and was given extra time; cleaned our area fully and left when we were finished. The owner even came over after we were done apologizing for the actions the staff members displayed. And I’m not exactly sure where discrimination or whatever gets thrown in there because nobody discriminated but I’m sure someone was quick to jump to that because that’s all they got to cover for their bad attitudes. I do not discriminate against anyone for any reason; people are people, bad attitudes are bad attitudes. Poorly run businesses with entitled family members are poorly run businesses with entitled family members. BEWARE! GIRL WITH GREEN MOHAWK WILL TRY TO STEAL FROM YOUR CHILDREN. Update to owners response. I asked to have the tapes reviewed and/or talk with the owner and granddaughter at the same time! No was the response. The officer apologized to us because we were trying to have a birthday party for my granddaughters and had to deal with this! What is sad is this employee/granddaughter is now shown she can lie and OWNERS/GRANDPARENTS are going to believe her. Bad for business. She is making pretty good money probably with the money she is taking from little children. She didn't come and give the money back till about 10 mins after I told her I was going to call the owner and on top of everything threw it across that table at my granddaughter! When she brought the food she also threw it down in front of my granddaughter, very young granddaughter that looks older than she is. Oh but all this is apparently ok with owners. And if anyone including the owner, who I had talked to had asked me to leave I would have. NO ONE EVER ASKED! Paid 150 for a bday party didn't know I couldn't order pizza for the guest noone informed me at booking time Pizza arrived and they made me go set it inside of my car literally people were having to walk out there get a slice stand out there and eat it.
