Rock Island Grill — Restaurant in Chickasha

Myself and my husband can in for dinner. The restaurant was hot... later to find out the ac has not been working for a while. We ordered our drinks. He had a coke and I ordered a Dr pepper. My drink tasted horrible. We both ordered the 12 ribeye both at the temperature of medium. His sides was the mashed potato and the Spanish rice. My sides was Mac and cheese and fried okra... the okra was over cooked and dry. The mashed potato was instant although they tried to tell me otherwise. My steak was sent back twice...the first time it was over cooked it was well done... the second one was raw... I asked for medium.... when I talked to the manager she said the cook had been there for 2 years... and to make things worse the owner was there and watched all of this happen in the kitchen and done nothing to stop it. She did not even have enough respect and pride for her business to even come out and talk to me to make thing right. I as a chef know food and what it should look like and this putting it lightly was a major disappointment. But yet again this is just another of many restaurants in chickasha Oklahoma that can't...

I don't care who sees this but today my wife and I went here to celebrate valentines day. There was a server with black shirt with red hearts on it. She was so bad we waited 7 minutes to place our drink order even though she walked pass our table several times and anyone could see that we didn't have drink we waited peacefully she had to be reminded to get our drinks from the hostess wearing a wine color shirt and to make matters worse she didn't even check on our table unless it was to bring out the food which again the hostess in the wine shirt had to ask her about our food my wife and I felt like she couldn't care less about us and we had the same waitress before and it was great service but not on valentines day 😤😡 it was even more frustrating seeing another waitress that had tables in the same section where we sat doing a fantastic job with her tables and that made our waitress look like she couldn't care less I excepted more hight frustrated with...

Won't ever come here again. The waitress was not very friendly at all. Then, our friend that was with us did not get his food done correctly in the first place and decided he was just going to eat it anyway. When biting into it, the food was not cooked properly. Matter of fact, it was raw. He showed the waitress and asked for it to be remade. His wife also had problems with her order and her food. The waitress pretty much kept blowing us off so he went to talk to the manager about all the issues. He got rude with our friend and literally asked him to leave and he would pay for our drinks. We ended up leaving and let everyone know on our way out the door not to eat there. My husband and I thought our food was okay and we ate ours while all this was going on. A few hours later at home we were both getting sick. I guess we shouldn't have eaten ours either. Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. We would not recommend this...
