I've been furnishing my house a little at a time herand there through Furniture Gallery USA. The Bed frame came apart first time i laid on it, the middle support board broke in two. The chairs for the table were poorly constructed,the screws not tightened giving off the impression that they were cheaply made. Already having an account with them I decided to get some recliner's for a Mother's Day gift for my expecting wife, and two end tables to go with them. The end tables had chips in side and hair sized scratches on surface when delivered. I called them and they told me to get a stain marker and touch it up! The recliner's, after couple months, started to lose there stuffing out of the microfiber material. About a month or two later something inside loosened up or broke causing a bumpy rocking motion, I called. The manager Brian more than willing to help me out, Until he heard their was baby spit up on it. Him being"Honest" told me the lifetime warrenty on the frame and the one year fabric warrenty was void and the wouldn't be honored because it could have a little bit of baby spit up on it. This store is for people who likes "Brand New" used furniture. I do not recommend the Furniture Gallery...
   Read moreI have shop here for 15 yrs. I have never had this much he'll for someone to find stuff out. Place my order Feb 2. Waited my 10 days. Now we don't count weekends. Ok I waited my other days supposed to be Wednesday. O now Thursday cause truck. I was nice about that now I talk to a supervisor name Roger rude as he'll won't check anything was supposed to be there this morning now it 2pm. And then ask we what I expect. I expect to be treated like they use to. No matter who or how much money you got. I expect to know anything and everything up front. I know how the trucking works been around it all my life. Truckers and companies have appointments. U don't keep the time they charge the company for late loads. Then it falls to the trucker. But for that don't know this u wouldn't know u get a discount or should be offered one. I will say my sales rep shouldn't have to take care of me on his day off. He dont get paid and Roger the supervisor should know where his delivery is and what time. Okc...
   Read moreBe sure to ask several times when delivery will be made. I was told that my furniture would be delivered on 12-10-2022, but never received the scheduling call. When I called customer service after 10:30 am on Dec 10th, Ozzy said they don't deliver to my area on Saturday. My receipt had delivery date as 12-10-2022 and Ozzy said there was nothing he could do about that. I was told that my furniture would not and could not be delivered by Galleria Furniture today. He said deliveries for today did not include my delivery area. So, check, double check, and have your salesperson call on speaker phone to verify delivery date BEFORE you pay for the furniture. One other note, refund processing only occurs on Fridays. Your refund will not be processed until the following Friday. I am not a satisfied customer. They did not resolve this issue to my satisfaction. I even suggested two alternatives that would satisfy me and both were flatly refused. I do not recommend this...
