10/14/2025 I've waited 2 months to write this review..
I was excited to have parallel ag work on our new-to-us tractor. We transported the rig from east of Ada to Chickasha. Other than a little lack of communication, the service (front differential, complete rebuild) was great and seemed more than we expected. We met many good people and had great conversations. After a short period, we picked up the tractor and put it to use immediately; unfortunately after only 5-6 hours of use, the front differential was leaking. I called the the service department immediately (Thomas) and after a few back and forth phone calls, we were promised this would be resolved and a tech would be sent out as soon as possible. Well, it's been 8 and half weeks and the tractor hasn't moved an inch from that time; No service tech was ever sent and I haven't been contacted since August 7th..    Read moreEdit: Raised to 3 stars. They called me on 7/3 and said they had overnight shipped the spring, and it was there if I still needed it. I already had another spring delivered. If they had made this offer on 6/29, it would have been acceptable because mistakes happen.
I ordered a part the morning of 6/27 a Tuesday. It was supposed to be in on Thursday the 28th. I called on Thursday morning. It was not in. it's no big deal because UPS hasn't run yet. Friday the 29th, I go out of the way to swing past the dealership. That is when they informed me that a ticket was made, but the part was not actually ordered. It would likely be July 5th before the part came in. I told them I needed it the next day, and they needed to cover the overnight charge because it was their mistake. They told me no. I left without the part. I called Schmidt and sons in Kansas, and they are sending the part. It will be $80 cheaper than what...
