The place is a community staple. The boss there is a really nice guy, I wanna give the place 5 stars...but half the stuff I buy there isn't the same price at checkout as marked in the isle. Half may seem an exaggeration but one day I bought 14 items and 7 were mispriced. Almost every visit multiple things are mispriced. I've also bought a couple expired items from fresh full priced areas. The staff is a rotation of high school kids and while that's something I love in theory (sort of a mom and pop operation employing the local youth at more than just a burger king) it definitely reflects in the fine details of the grocery store. It's so nice going into any store these days that makes you feel at home amongst friends and family especially a Clean, reasonably priced and well stocked grocery store! The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable and most items are reasonably priced. I have fond memories of my mom and grandparents doing our Saturday trading here since I was a little girl. I have continued to do so with all 6 of my granddaughters! I remember as a child I would only eat produce from Dunn's, and to this day they've got the freshest in town. I go to Williams because the entire staff is friendly and polite. The store is clean. When I have trouble finding an item the staff will take you to the item. They actually bag and take the items to your car. Most important they don't expect me to be a free employee and check myself out. I don't get stopped at the door so an employee can check my receipts and verify that I paid for the items I got. Williams is a friendly neighborhood store.
