My favorite fast food restaurant in this city. In terms of menu options, they get every listed clear as day, and there is quite a bit to choose from. From breakfast items, to chicken sandwiches, to burgers, melts, milkshakes, slushies, sodas, fries, onion rings, mozarella sticks, french toast sticks, the whole nine yards. Having so many options, and having them stated clearly is a much more refreshing feat than with McDonald's and their menus that are designed to urge you to buy the more pricey options. With Sonic, it's "pick what you want, and place your order already." And let's talk about the prices- Fairly cheap compared to McDonald's and Taco Bell! And with the large amount of options, mixing and matching is just standard practice here while other places have you mix-n-match as part of some deal that gets thrown off by one drink or one side or even just their computers not allowing the option- Sonic's got you! So many options and freedom with placing your order really sells that you CAN get what YOU WANT, and not just settle for preset meal bundles. You get what you want, you can eat in your car or go home, it's all good. It's a hell of a step up from having people in line at McDonald's honk and yell at you for just trying to put your card back in your wallet.
Now in terms of cons, here are the cons. This Sonic location uses finely chopped lettuce on their burgers, which while not that big of a deal, it makes your burger more likely to fall apart or come undone inside the bag it comes in. However simply removing the lettuce usually fixes this little issue. I also DO recommend getting an extra pump of syrup in your limeades. Normally, companies will skip out on an extra pump of syrup to save on resources, but just order the extra pump; they'll live. The only major con with Sonic is that there is no indoor seating area. There is a seating area right in the middle of the restaurant's car lot, but the fans above provide nothing in terms of cooling down on hot days and no heating during the winter. But, on a good day, it's awesome to be served outside in...
Read moreI usually like this location. But, the ASSISTANT MANAGER Melissa was very rude and hateful. My husband ordered a peach mango limeade with his meal and when she asked if everything on the screen was correct he said “can you please add mango to the….” And she cute him off and said “I’m trying to find the button if you couldn’t tell.” He then told her “okay, then yes everything is correct.” She told us our total then as we watched her through the window she ripped her headset off and slammed it on the kiosk. I’m not sure what she said to the guy working but you could definitely tell that she was complaining about something just by how she was acting. Then she brought out our food and when she was asked “how are you” she rolled her eyes and read off our order to us. Then handed us our drink and bags and my husband said “have a good night” and she walked away without saying a single word back. Not to mention our order was wrong. Didn’t want to deal with her so we just left. How you act and how you treat people will always be noticed. Even when you think people aren’t watching they are. Everybody has bad days but we didn’t deserve the disrespect that we received. Very disappointed in the staff working tonight. An assistant manager at that. Will not be coming back during the night shift. Forgot to mention we were the only car there to order anything. So it couldn’t have been that stressful for her to make 2 meals and treat...
Read moreEvery time I go get a jr deluxe burger I ask for no onions no mayo add mustard. But every time I always end up with no ketchup on it which the burger comes with it, and then has onions. I asked for ketchup packets and waited 3 minutes till I pressed the button again and said I’ve been waiting. They have no respect and will mess up your order almost every time. I stopped getting the condiments for my chili cheese dog because they would never put it on there and I would always have to ask for packets of them. I have worked in this type of industry before I know how it is, but there should not be this much of mess ups if your training your team right and them not eating the ice straight from the thing with their bare hands, which I seen first hand since I did work at this one before. Shitty environment and mangers/employees, added photos of the proof of my order and that it does come with ketchup. I’m not posting this just to post it. I’m tired of getting my shit messed up and something needs to be done. Keeps happening I will go straight to corporate about it. And when my order gets messed up maybe yall should have good service other then yelling and getting an attitude with a customer over their order when they know how they ordered it and knows what comes...
