The quality of their work is abysmal, with crooked and poorly executed welds that look like they were done by an untrained toddler. It's a wonder how they manage to stay in business with such subpar craftsmanship. Lack of Attention to Detail - Precision and attention to detail are clearly foreign concepts to the Metal Men. Their work is riddled with sloppy mistakes, such as uneven cuts, misaligned joints, and overall lack of precision. It's evident that they have no regard for the fundamental principles of their trade. "Unreliable Timelines" - If you're expecting your project to be completed in a timely manner, think again. Metal Men's track record for meeting deadlines is laughable. They seem to have no concept of time management or honoring commitments. Prepare for frustrating delays and broken promises. "Unprofessional Customer Service" - Dealing with Metal Men is an exercise in frustration. Their customer service is characterized by unresponsiveness, dismissive attitudes, and a complete lack of professionalism. Don't expect any level of courtesy or respect from this woefully inept establishment. Save yourself the headache and seek out a reputable and skilled welding...

We have had several projects with Walter and his company. everyone is a delight to work with. Always great work always awesome suggestions when I am at a loss for ideas. Welding and fabrication has always been on point. Powder coating has been great on my projects as well. I see there are some negative Nancies giving one star reviews I do not get this as stated above great people to work with. Seems like there is always someone looking to throw small business under the bus. Ignore them please, as this has not been our multiple experiences with this business. Great work takes time with patience on the customers end. Please remember this location is not a fast food drive thru. I look forward to seeing you guys...

The owner of this shop has no respect for people's time. Had arrangements to meet up with him to buy a dining set off facebook. Confirmed meeting day worked for him. Drove over 2 hrs from NY only to be messaged that his flight was late 2 hrs after our meeting time. Understandable but then nothing after that. We had stayed in the area for hours waiting to hear back from him on where to go to pick up this dining set to only be ghosted. Absolutely no respect. At any point he could have messaged and said something happened and we can't meet but no response means we just wasted our entire day waiting to hear from him. Finally gave up at 6pm and drove back to NY empty handed. I would not support this...
