Route 33 Pizza House — Restaurant in South Hadley

We've ordered from here once a week for the last few years as it's nearby with quick delivery and easy online ordering. With that said, we've watched the quality of the food go down slightly as their prices keep going up. We've been disappointed lately. Today's pizza was hard to bite through with hardly any sauce. The pita was too hard to eat. A few weeks ago I ordered one of their specialty pizzas and it was loaded with jarred garlic, it was not edible. To be fair, I had a cheese pizza last week that was really good, I wish this was consistent. Places like this that have extensive menus seem to take shortcuts out of necessity. We will continue ordering but wish the cooks would put a little more care into the food being served and think about the people who are receiving the food. We work hard for our money; Spending $40 for 8 slices of pizza and a salad is tough for some of us so when it doesn't taste good we're left feeling annoyed and...

My family loves this place. I discovered it whilst working at my previous job in South Hadley. The girls in our office ordered there several times a month. I brought a menu home about 8 years ago and my family has been ordering from there a couple times a month... I have never ever had an issue UNTIL recently! I don't know what's going on with the employee turnaround but it seems they cannot keep good help!

The girl who takes orders has messed up my ordered almost everytime I have called.

Tonight I called and she is just snotty and didn't even take time to repeat my order. I guarentee it will not be correct!

We really enjoy their food but they need to get it together or today will be my last order. I know I am only one customer and losing my business will not make them go bankrupt.

Hopefully management see this review and gets their staff...

I will not be returning to them order lunch yesterday they messed up my order instead of chicken gyro they gave me a regular. When I called back and told them that my order was wrong and I was on my way back the girl hang up on me, when I went back she gave me an attitude. Also beware they charge 2% for using a credit/debit card and they don't tell you or have a sign up saying anything. They seemed to be bother that they got my order wrong and they had to remake it. Also they re fried my onion rings and I didn't know until I got back to my job and open up my lunch they were greasy. They didn't even apologized I will highly recommend not to go there go up the street to Giovanni's pizza better food and customer service that's for sure.
