My family and I are deeply grateful for this business and service to the people of Washington County, Florida. Since joining Clear Choice, our internet speeds are 25 times faster. Our data limits are seven times greater, and our bill is 40% lower. Clear Choice also installed a cell phone amplifier that doubles our signal strength and quality. Being a local business owner, Andy is only a phone call or office visit away. He is an experienced professional and solutionist who drives for continual improvement. He is also a person who cares about people and providing a great customer experience. Background: Why am I so passionate about this review? Since moving to Washington County, Florida in 2016, my family has suffered with subpar satellite internet service from Excede/Viasat. It has been so bad that we have considered moving away from this county. Speed, quality, and data limits did not support live streaming at all, and barely supported web browsing. AT&T would not provide services in our area, although they had installed fiber optic cable years ago (i.e., AT&T has done nothing to fulfill their promises to the FCC to provide high speed broadband access to families in rural areas). Extreamly reliable service , what a dramatic change compared to what AT&T could or would offer us out here in the Sunny Hills community 👍 I feel sometimes we are either forgotten or pushed aside for technology offered out here , many companies have fallen short ☹️ With the pandemic quite a few young ones will be virtual learning and the internet is imperative at this time so ty you very much for the service and it’s so reasonably priced 😉 Okay so I’m adding to this in a good way ... We are now a good 3 weeks into our internet service with clear choice , we did get a 2 week trial period to see if we would like it , well as you can see from my previous post I gave it 5 stars 🌟 😉 If I could give it more today I definitely would .. We had AT&T before and had to go to another bc it was to slow for virtual learning . I've been using Andy for my DISH service for 13 YEARS. I cannot possible see how you could ever find a better Satellite Technician all the way around. He is friendly and easy-going, there is no technician more knowledgeable about the product he is dealing with (not his first rodeo). The couple of times that I had a problem with my equipment, he came out in just a day or two. Once lightening hit my house and he had to methodically go through and test all the lines in the house and replace a good bit of my DISH equipment. He worked with me to obtain all the necessary paperwork to document what occurred for my insurance company and the whole thing went flawlessly. Andy has always been very courteous and professional. I wish everyone in the customer service industry took such attention to their work as this guy does. I can honestly tell you that this guy's work ethic is DO IT RIGHT OR DON'T DO IT AT ALL. He pays attention to the little things that most technician probably wouldn't worry about. Cosmetic type things that make an installation look seamless.
