CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Chipley

After 3 days CVS Chipley FL FINALLY got my prescription ready to sell me. First they couldn't approve me getting it, though my doc ordered and insurance approved it, then they had to order it, then it was going to take 2 hrs to get it into my hands and it ended up being 4 hrs. Then it cost me an ungodly amout for something that cost a quarter of the amount through a more reliable pharmacy. All of this with me having to travel to get the information, their phone system couldn't get me a person to speak to. When I finally got a person they told me my script wasn't important enough to get it to me as ordered. This is not new for this pharmacy. Went to pick up prescriptions . Had a good rx coupon so Had to go to other register then return to pick up area. Couldnt find one of my scripts. Took 30 mins to get prescriptions that were already filled. They blow my phone up saying rx are ready. Go thru drive thru and get 1 prescription! They no longer accept Good Rx if the medication can be purchased over the counter ! If my doctor writes a script they should honor the Good Rx. Was told I might could save some money if I bought over the counter but was not told how much in other words they didn't make an effort to try to save me money. I thought the pharmacy closed at 9pm. I arrived around 7:45pm to get my dog’s prescription filled (he has seizures). When I realized they were closing in less than 15 mins. I apologized for arriving so late. They were very courteous. They asked me to have a seat while they got it ready. It literally took them 5 mins.
