I would give them a better review but who ever the lady is that answered the phone needs to learn some phone etiquette. Unbelievable how rude she is every time I call she is just the rudest shortest most miserable person I've ever talked to. I told her thank you for everything and that I appreciated her help and she just hangs up, I call back to ask her questions and she gets an attitude and talks to me like I'm ignorant. My husband and I bought some cabinets and counters tops about 3 weeks ago and we're never called and told they were in....when we went to pick them up there was a very unfriendly gentleman there that refused to help get them....very rude and hateful...when my husband was about to get our money back and leave another gentleman stepped up and helped...THANK YOU SCOTT...I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW THE OWNERS NAME AND NUMBER...because that will cost...
