Mitchell Sight and Sound — Local services in Chipley

I give them 5 stars because of the work they have done for some people I know. Unfortunately for me I had a stereo shop in Dothan put my system in last July. I didn't know about Mitchell's then. Well, I have a new car and had the system removed from my other car and called the shop in Dothan to have them put it in my new car and I was told that they couldn't do it. But they could put a new system in. Really?? Here's another reason I gave them a 5 star rating. When I called Mitchell's Sight and Sound ant talked to Jarrod he told me to bring my stuff over and he would let me know if they could do it or not and they are going to do it Friday June 4th. I cannot recommend Kris and his crew highly enough! We have had landline phone issues for years and had no idea who to call. I called Mitchell Sight & Sound just to see if by chance they could fix "old fashioned phone lines", and they came out the same day! They spent hours troubleshooting, testing, and replacing and before they left BOTH of our phone lines were working again! Our 2nd line hadn't worked in over 2 years! Thank you...

The guys there are very professional and knowledgeable about what you need. They took their time to figure out exactly what it was that I needed and understood what I wanted.
