If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Stopped by Bonifay Rodeo weekend to buy my children some rodeo clothes. They were pretty excited about dressing up for their first time at the Rodeo. One would have thought that a Western store would stay open a little later on such a busy weekend but evidently not. I must have walked in just as they were about to close. However the ladies at the front greeted my kindly as I asked them to point me to the children’s section. The store was still relatively busy with shoppers as I rushed to pick up a few items. A asked a nice lady to help me find my daughters size, she was very helpful and quickly found what I was looking for. About this time a Man, who I later discovered was the owner of the store, comes back and says “I’m not trying to be rude but these people have places to be!” I was in complete shock as I have NEVER had an employee of a store, let alone the OWNER of the store, treat me with such RUDENESS!! I have worked in retail and have often times had to stay late to accommodate a shopper. After all paying CUSTOMERS are the only reason why you’re still in business. I would’ve been fired on the spot if I had EVER said something like that to customer!!! I would’ve just dropped everything and left the store if my children hadn’t been so excited about getting to dress up and go to the Rodeo!! I spent $160 in his store and he had the audacity to treat me like he did!! I will certainly never return and I will make sure to tell everyone that I know to shop somewhere else and support a store who’s owner isn’t such...

Unprofessional staff, I came in and sat and waited for what seemed like 10 minutes to pick out a pair of boots that were already paid for, one of the employees approached me and I informed her I would like to try the boot in a size 12 and when that was too small and I informed her I'd like to go up to a 12.5 she sighed seemed very irritated with me and said " You can only go up to a 13" with an attitude. So I promptly told her dont worry about it and I'll make sure my job does not pay them for the boots I did not receive. I will never go back there again and I'm almost willing to pay people not to go there. Horrible customer service, but then again what am I supposed to expect out of...

Been going here for years. I can spend all day at a mall and come out empty handed but spend five mins in this store and have an arm load . Love their boots ,service, and clothes for the whole family. Went there once around rodeo season and witnessed people from all over the USA throwing down a lot of money. You can find some good deals and you can find great quality boots and clothes for what they are worth. I personally own a few pair of boots that was purchased there a few years ago and still have years left on them . I love this store. Quality dosent come cheap but what you do get...
