I had taken my battery in but as I went to place it on the counter it fell out of my hands, which was my fault and I apologized and I get its annoying having to clean up after people because I've worked retail as well so I felt really bad but no one even dared to ask me if I was ok, battery acid got on my hands and spilt all over my feet, my feet were burning. I waited a bit to see if anyone would offer any assistance, they didn't, so I just awkwardly went home. Whenever working with any type of chemicals big or small safety is and should always be #1. Idk what this place teaches their employees about safety or customer service. However I came back to buy a new battery and it was like none of the employees wanted to assist me. I've been going to this AutoZone ever since I moved here about 10 years 12 years ago. They've always got the parts and accessories I need at a fair price. I recently had my car battery tested and Eddie showed me that it was time for a replacement. He had my information history and got me the right battery and even installed it for me! What an excellent experience! We were talking casually and turns out we both had Integras in our lives.
