In a word: authentic. If you are looking for tastes from Mexico then this place fits the bill. This restaurant has only been open for 5 months and so far it is not crowded. The menu was in Spanish so it was not easy to find a dish that was recognizable if you didn’t speak the language. The cashier spoke English and was very helpful. The food we ordered was very good and tasted like it had been cooked for hours. Nice. I really didn’t care for the free chips as they tasted very salty and were not very fresh. The salsas were good and I asked for the hot one and it was nice and spicy 🌶️. They added some Serrano peppers to the guacamole which made it extra spicy. So yummy!!! Very Nice Clean place eventhough it may not look like from the Outside due to deteriorating look of Shopping Center Area. The Food has Authentic Mexican Flavor it is Delicious and Prices are Fair Compared to all Places in Chowchilla. Customer Service is Great They are Attentive and Very Polite.
