Updated Review - Response to Owner & Further Developments Updating my review after seeing the owner's response and experiencing further unprofessional behavior. First, to address the owner's reply: While the owner claims to operate from a professional commercial studio now, my initial experience when I first sought her services was clearly in a home-based setting, which felt very much like a startup, not an established business within a home. Regarding my brows, yes, I initially felt they were done reasonably well, which is why I confidently referred multiple people to her. However, the situation deteriorated significantly with the eyeliner service. The claim of providing "multiple free touch-up sessions" is simply false. Every single appointment I had, including all touch-ups for both brows and the repeated, inconvenient touch-ups needed for the eyeliner (because it wasn't properly completed the first time), was paid for. I also paid for the services of clients I referred. At no point did I receive free service from Naomi. Let's be very clear on appointments and payments: you are incorrect when you say touch-ups were free or "on you." I paid anywhere from $100 to $400 per session. The owner claims the only missed session was under my cousin's name and that I wasn't scheduled. This is also incorrect. Both my cousin Danielle and I had a final appointment scheduled that day, and Naomi completely no-showed on both of us without any communication. This was the culmination of reliability issues that had become apparent in the appointments leading up to this. The owner states she blocked me due to harassment. This is a completely inaccurate and unfair characterization. I blocked me on all social media when I attempted to discuss my concerns, specifically after the no-show for both me and my cousin. How exactly was I supposed to inquire if she was okay or discuss the missed appointment if she shut down all communication? Calling it "bashing" after ghosting a scheduled appointment for two people and then blocking the client who was trying to understand what happened is unprofessional. Since posting my initial review and discussing my experience in local social media groups, Naomi has unblocked me and texted me, again falsely claiming she did work for free. My review accurately reflects my experience with her services and business practices. I didn't appreciate her decision to escalate this by blocking instead of addressing the issues directly when they arose. I also note a significant number of very recent positive reviews appearing since I posted my experience. While I cannot definitively say these were prompted, the timing is noteworthy given the circumstances. My original review stands and is very accurate. My experience with the eyeliner was difficult and prolonged due to what appeared to be inexperience, leading to needed corrections. This, combined with the escalating reliability issues, the absolute no-show on our final scheduled appointment (for two people), and the incredibly unprofessional act of blocking me when I tried to address it, confirms my decision. While the powder brows might be acceptable for some, the lack of perceived honesty regarding experience (especially with eyeliner), the resulting difficult process for that service, coupled with the unreliability and incredibly unprofessional behavior (no-showing and blocking) and now the false claims about free services, means I absolutely cannot recommend "Dream Brow." Be extremely cautious if you consider using her services, particularly for eyeliner, and be aware that reliability is a major issue.

I first went to Naomi at Dream Brow Studio to get my brows and lips tattooed in May of 2024, and both tattoos were asymmetrical and not done very well right from the beginning. I had my concerns and misgivings, but before I left she’d told me to only come back to her for touch-ups and continued work since she knew which pigments she’d used on me, and me, being 100% new to PMU and more than a little naive, did as she asked and went in for a touch-up of both tattoos in mid-March of 2025. The results? Well, both tattoos are even more asymmetrical now than they were after the initial application, and the differences on each side are very noticeable. My lips are tattooed well beyond the edges of my mouth on the right side (both upper and lower), which as any PMU artist will tell you is the no.1 thing you’re supposed to avoid doing when tattooing a lip blush. It’s pretty much the worst mistake you can make, and it can’t be corrected with more ink, it can only be corrected by laser removal. My eyebrows are 2 different shapes and noticeably asymmetrical, and on top of that they are also the wrong color. I asked for dark cool-toned brows (both times) seeing as my hair is literally dyed black, and my brows are lighter and very warm even after the touch-up. To make the situation worse, when I realized my lip blush was so obviously asymmetrical I messaged Naomi to tell her my concerns and ask her opinion/if the mistake could be corrected, but instead of answering me or offering to fix the work, she blocked both my number and my Instagram account without responding. So, needless to say, I cannot recommend this person for anything. She doesn’t do good quality work, as evidenced by both of my tattoos being badly asymmetrical and incorrectly done, and on top of that, if she messes up she will ignore and block you rather than behaving like a professional and addressing your concerns in whatever way she can. I have now spoken to a few other PMU artists and been told that the best course of correction at this point is probably laser removal. So please, don’t repeat my mistakes and pick a better, more experienced artist who treats their customers the way a professional should, because this particular artist certainly doesn’t. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

After losing my eyebrows due to chemo I had microblading done. It was overly arched and did not fit my face at all. I found Naomi on TikTok. She was able to correct my brows. They are more natural, softer and all over a better result. She is so sweet, professional and a perfectionist, which i appreciate. I love the ombré affect and at my touch up she added a little nano effect of little hairlike strokes. I couldn’t be happier with them. Next on the list in lip blushing. If you have considered having your brows done and want beautiful results go see Naomi!!! Well worth every penny!!! Pics are my old microbladed brows vs my new and improved...
