MAD Cincy is the best!!!! I already belonged to another gym when I first started MAD back in January at the beginning of the year & I was very skeptical to even try a new one but they had a free 7 day trial at the time and I figured why not try it out. I did not expect to stay to be completely honest, let alone LOVE it as much as I do!!! I get EXCITED to get up at 4am to hit the gym first thing in the morning to start my day at 5:30am or 6:30am class because of MAD!!! AP is the absolute best trainer I have ever encountered & truly understands the meaning of being a trainer & you can tell is her passion & she lives by that. She is extremely helpful & knowledgeable & makes you feel so pushed to your limits yet so at ease the entire workout. Every single trainer is top tier making sure everybody understands what they’re doing with each new exercise. Emma, Zekiah, Kaz, they’re all amazing trainers!!! They check form, pace depending on what we are doing that day & really make sure we ourselves understand these workouts to prevent any injuries. MADabolic is everything I've wanted in a gym experience. The workouts are planned and vary day to day, from the theme to the movements, which keep it interesting and engaging. It's a class setting with the assistance of a trainer that can help modify movements and pull lighter or heavier weights if I need it. It's the most amount of progress I've seen for myself in such a short amount of time, and can only imagine how much stronger I'll feel and look as time goes on. It’s functional fitness…a mix lifting, cardio, and boxing. If you’re looking for a great workout that’s different every day and great people with the same goals, you should definitely check out MAD!
