This VIP Smoke Shop & BOOST Mobile store left be bewildered. I smoke cigarettes bad habit but there it is. I also roll my own, while the prices are reasonable here I purchased a large bag of the "CRISS CROSS" BRAND of tabacco . Now I live some distance from this VIP and I travel on the metro. After opening this 16oz bag I noticed what looked to me like paper shredded up white in color and it made the sound of paper when I went to work with it. All thru this bag it was like that. I called and told management told me to bring it back in. Well I initially did not think I could take it back. I got really frustrated about the amount that I kept seeing in the bag. By the time I did call it was almost gone.
