El Nuevo Valle Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Cincinnati

IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THIS HAPPENED IN DECEMBER WHEN I WENT TO ASK FOR A JOB, THEN SAMY, ONE OF THE OWNERS, OR MINORITY OWNER I BELIEVE TOLD ME TO COME NEXT DAY, SO I DID THAT, BUT SAMY WAS NOT THERE THAT NEXT DAY, SO THIS OTHER GUY CAME UP TO ME AND ASKED ME WHY I WAS LOOKING FOR SAMY, I TOLD HIM THAT SAMY TOLD ME TO GO NEXT DAY AND TALK TO HIM ABOUT A JOB AT THE STORE. SUDDENLY HE WENT OFF ON ME, AND SCREAMED AT ME THAT THERE WAS NO JOB FOR ME, AND TOLD ME TO LEAVE HIS STORE AND THAT HE DID NOT WANT TO SEE ME IN HIS STORE, AND IF CAME INTO HIS STORE AGAIN, ASKING FIR A JOB, HE WOULD CALL THE POLICE ON ME. I THINK THAT GUY IS CRAZY. I STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENED THAT NIGHT, BUT IT WAS ONE OF THE MOST TERRIBLE NIGHTS IN MY LIFE. I WISH I COULD WIPE THAT NIGHT...

Ripped off!!! This place gets 1 star because the food was actually good. Service was fine and I had all intentions on coming back here when I was working in the area. I ordered a water and a meal off of the lunch menu that was originally $8.99. It was marked off and with a sharpie now said $9.99. I was still ok with that. I understated that prices can sometimes increase. When I was presented my bill it read $13.99. I asked the server and she acted like she didnt understand me. So I showed her the menu where it read $9.99 and after speaking English just fine the whole time now she all of a sudden No Hablo English. If you like good food and getting ripped off this...

Ordered menu items missing. Ingredients missing from the items that were provided. Food that was provided was sub par at best. I have been to the Valle Verde location in Hamilton, OH, and the food quality and service were outstanding! After I called ahead to place a pickup order and the phone rang and rang with no answer, I should have known better than to further seek a takeout order from this establishment. I will not return, and I recommend you do the same. Nearly $60 for 2 meals that not only tasted bad, but also were of so little substance that we would have needed to go elsewhere to be sated even if we were able to choke down the food that...
