If I could give this place 0 stars I would,new owners=lack of customer service whoever cooks the food can't cook if their life depended it on specially the yuca,yuca is supposed to be soft their yuca is hard as a rock rice is salty and the servers put the meat on top of the rice which is supposed to be separate.The owner is rude I had someone order the food for me and when the food got to me my food was disgusting hard yuca my pork was on top of the rice pretty gross,I had the person return it less than 10 minutes mins you the cashier did not give this person a receipt and she claimed she did not remember said person,I kept hearing the 2 talk in Spanish and he said don't even worry about it and then they tried to say the person did not pay and then that it wasn't purchased there.Owner was rude argumentive and aggressive towards my friend I heard the entire thing on the phone then he said if you don't know how to order then don't come in here,you don't talk to a customer like that a long time customer mind you!I heard the entire thing as I was still on the phone with my friend.They used to be good my family would purchase their food frequently on weekends but since new owner and cook and servers they don't once my mother bought rice from them that tasted acidic I guess it was left out too long.The fact that they refused to take responsibility for their own actions shows extreme lack of customer service could not even get an apology then asking my friend how much was paid ridiculous don't you know your own prices?I am 100% Cuban so yes I I do know exactly how this type of food is...

The place is disgusting, I have eaten here 1 time about 5 years ago and came to buy some food since I was waiting on my appointment with my barber next door. I ordered the food and then asked to use the restroom to wash my hands before eating. The bathroom was full of mold and disgusting. I almost wanted to get my money back from the food right after. The amount of mold was unbelievable and if they cooked the food in this business I would not eat it. I threw it away where it belong the trash. Disgusting disgusting to say...

El toque elegante y a la vez el restaurante de comida sabrosa cerca de casa. Lo digo porque la primera sensación al entrar es esa de limpieza extrema y organización precisa en que los colores blancos y plateados de las estanterías y las vidrieras, muy pulidos y brillantes combinan con la perfecta organización de los productos y sus colores.

Sí, hasta aquí, se puede parecer a otros lugares. Pero cuando usted pruebe el congrís a lo buen cubano con esas costillas en salsa... Oiga... No. No se teata de eso. Deje que usted pruebe por sí mismo. La experiencia personal es la que decide en cada cual, lo que diga otro, puede, puede no ser. Bueno, o se lo pierde o lo hace. Cada cual decide por sí mismo.
