I give them one star because the 0 star option is not available.. second time in this place by mistake, the first time there were 5 minutes left until they closed and they did not want to serve me ... and today I came to order 2 ice creams to eat in the place. First they told me that they did not accept cards that the system was no longer there. Snap and I told the girl that I wanted to order another ice cream to take away as soon as I finished and she did not tell me that they were closing soon and when I returned 5 minutes later to order the ice cream they told me that they had closed ... the 2 girls had a very bad attitude, the truth is it is embarrassing to go to that place.. both were standing there doing nothing it was just a matter of serving a cup of ice cream to a child.. I would not recommend it unless you want to have a bad time.. to the owners of the place be careful with the image of your business

Worst Oreo Milkshake ever!!! I even pay extra for caramel and chocolate sprinkles and I get a plain vanilla flavor with minimum oreo taste! And the blonde lady (blue Californian sweater) costumer service was worst than the ice cream, she was rude and with a terrible attitude, after expressing my complain she almost throw the window in my face!! And I not even gonna talk about hers answers, to no extend this more!! But in others Twistee places I’ve never received something as bad as this time! Manager need to talk with this girl and teach her manners! This wasn’t free Icecream,, I payed for it and the product should be worth the price!

Ordered a large hot fudge sundae and was given this kiddy cup.The girl also had to keep asking me the same questions about what I wanted and kept repeating back the wrong thing. She took way too long to make it, too. I asked if it was the correct size and the girl said yes. It had barely any toppings/fudge because she couldn't even fit them in there.The other locations have large clear cups with correct portions for their sundaes. I'd hate to see what the smaller sizes look like. Don't waste your time going to this location. Such a disappointment.

ice cream was good although I had to get vanilla instead of strawberry because the young lady that was working there try to mix Strawberry mix and vanilla ice cream together and call it strawberry she was going to mix it in a bag I told her no thank you and to be honest she was quite rude to me and my wife we love going to this place because cat is always so nice to us but I have to say the younger people there do not have the customer service they should have I work for tips and I always tip people but I did not tip her she was more interested and the eight younger kids that was on the side of the building eating ice...
