Tonight at 9PM I walked into west shore pizza 1hr before they closed with my husband and youngest child. He had been looking forward to coming and eating pizza all day long. As he woke up at 8AM asking for WSP. I assured him his dad & I would take him later after work. Unfortunately Adena ruined our plans as she stated we where not allowed to eat inside because they where going to close early and only doing togo. When we arrived there was a couple still eating.... There was not a sign advising or stating they would close early tonight for whatever reason. So I questioned Adena about them closing early "just today" I also requested her name & a manager name so I can confirm what she said is correct. She provided her name and continued to lose patience and her control raising her voice at me. I pulled out my camera and started recording her because I was in shock at her unprofessionalism . She did behave well when the camera was out for the most part but you can see her nasty face has a sarcastic smirk like shes untouchable and really doesn't care. She does not have good customers service and doesn't deserve to be working for you. She should go back to McDonald's with that attitude and poor customer service. Read moreIf I could give a zero star rating all the way across the board. That's exactly what this place would have received. We ordered from here we tracked our pizza and wings hadn't said that it had been delivered yet and when we go to our front door it's sitting on our porch. No one ever knocked on the door just left it outside as if we ordered through Uber and we did not we ordered directly from the store. Pizza and wings both were ice cold and we only live less than a mile from this specific westshore on Hanley road. We called to get clarification on why there was no one knocking on our door and why it was just left on our porch and why it was ice cold from such a short distance away we spoke with the owner who had the worst attitude and the worst excuses about how they had a third party delivery service. Their third party service should still be knocking on people's doors and not just dropping things off on people's porches. She was very rude, she didn't even try to accommodate the situation in any way horrible excuse for an owner if you ask me, and this place will never get business from us again. I will also be sure to let friends know when they ask if I recommend this place. Read moreLate Sunday night my husband and I ordered loaded french fries with NO JALEPANOS, ham and cheese sub, garlic knots, mozzerela sticks, and a stromboli and he comes home and finds the fries have jalepanos all over them. I cant stand spicy food. He had to call them and see if they would deliver it because they messed up and no we cant deliver to that area, mind you it was about 12 minutes from them. My husband asked her if he came back if she could remake the food without a refund because by time he went there and back the food would of been cold. Im in a terrible amount of pain , just want to eat my dinner and relax and it is going on 10 oclock and that isnt any care to this place. The receipt also clearly states no jalepanos. The person answering the phone was also very nasty and I was not even the one talking to her and I could hear everything she was saying because of how loud and rude she was. Someone is upset with their order and all you do is offer them a refund? Not replace the food and do whatever you can to help them out when you messed up?
