I had ordered from here awhile back and my ordered took almost a full month and a half to get to me. Foolishly, I had to order from here again, I had get dog peanut butter so I can sneak her antibiotics from her surgery. I had ordered this June 9th. It is now June 19th and it still says "awaiting fulfillment"! My dog is already finished with her medicine, so if I ever get my purchase it just going to be whatever snack. I will NEVER order here ever again. I'm in the 518 area, and the fact it takes a month plus to get anything delivered from this place is horrible. I should have come here first before ordering from them. I got a couple of their peanut butters from them at a craft fair. Then I decided to order more. That was a month ago. I have received nothing, and they never answer their phone or respond to my email. I have emailed and called several times. This is a really terrible way to interact with customers. Ordered peanut butter on April 10th. On May 7th, I received notice that my peanut butter was shipped. Almost three weeks pass and I have not received my peanut butter, so I send them an email asking either that my peanut butter be sent or that I receive a refund.
