Came to this restaurant with high hopes based on the reviews. I received my food & it was raw & I felt extremely sick after one bite. I asked the waitress is there any way I can have this removed from the bill because I did not like the food. She stated that since there was nothing wrong with it I could not & I couldn’t swap it for anything else on the menu. I politely asked for a Manager. The manager came & was upset that the fact that I even asked to have it taken off the check. She did remove it but charged me for a salad that came with the meal.. I paid it just so I could leave the restaurant. I will never come back here again. If I could give zero stars I would. Poor...

Sasha, wife and partner of Rudi, kept me in conversation as I ordered and learned more about Albany's little Little Italy. The two met in Manhattan in the eighties and saved for years to buy and renovate this old building in Albany where the two have conducted business since the turn of the century. I found my dinner, Filet of Sole, delightful, accompanied by a fresh salad and pasta.

Read moreAbsolutely incredible! We came in as a part of 2 tonight and the hostess Sasha was wonderful. She sat us in the dining room, and was very attentive throughout the duration of our dinner. We had the special that was a crab stuffed chicken lightly bread with a cream sauce and angel hair pasta that was amazing! We also order the lasagna a classic that was simply delicious! For appetizers we ordered the eggplant rollatini and the calamari, both were superb! The entire experience was 5 stars!
