The flowers are beautiful but a bit expensive, my mother ordered a big bouquet and got a small one. Then on Mother’s Day I ordered two bouquets one for my mom and one for my boyfriend‘s mom. I put in the notes that if no one answered the door to put them on the back porch. Thankfully my dad was at my moms house when it arrived, but me and my boyfriend were at his moms house in his bedroom which is right by the front door. When I went to leave there was a note on the door saying sorry we missed you, even though we didn’t hear a knock and the dog didn’t hear knock either. I called them back to ask them to bring it back and they asked if I was sure I wanted it to be put on the back porch in no one answered. I said yes I put it in the notes, why would I say that I want it on the back porch if I didn’t? Then when they brought them the second time they very rudely knocked on the door. My boyfriend said that he thought they were kicking the door it was so loud. I can understand why they knocked loudly the second time, but it was like aggressive. I just don’t understand how we supposedly didn’t hear them? I kind of feel like they didn’t even knock at all because like I said his bedroom literally has a window to the front porch we never saw or heard anything and the dog didn’t bark either and he barks...

Went to ask their opinion if a plant was worth saving or if we should replace it. We had done business with them several times in the past and paid for services and bought several plants. Due to daughter’s illness she needs high humidity in her room. This has caused issues with some of the plants. When I called Sandy said she would look at this one and offer a suggestion. She was out, but the owner knew who I was and told me to leave and that she would longer help us even though I have always paid for their services.
