I’ve seen many reviews of disappointed people. Also I’ve seen answers from the MBA saying that “we explain that we sell return items pallets and sell them as it is” but why MBA do not mention that they put the broken items in the bottom of the boxes? If they are “honest” they should be clear!
I’ve never bought anything from them but just wanted to give my 5 cents based on costumer/MBA responses.
I was thinking about going there And get some pallets but now I do not think I’ll do it anymore :(

Absurd is selling broken items on the bottom of the boxes covered with in good condition items to make profit out of people.
Have you seen Yelp reviews? Do you think that’s absurd that people are giving you bad reviews there as well? Most of the reviews are from people who feel tricked by bad selling practices.I’m not the one who’s saying it.
Not here to argue. Like I said in my first review. Im based in costumer reviews. It’s just interesting how all of those costumers agrees in bad selling practices from your business.
It’s interesting how a “business owner” reacts to online reviews. It would look good for your business being more professional.

Read moreVery Disappointed!!!! my first and last time I will ever buy from these people. My wife saw on Instagram posting and was excited about getting a great deal on a pallet. As soon as we got home to open the boxes everything was broken. We had five boxes of shoes that don’t have a matching pair. Every single oven blender general merchandise was broken. Basically I paid these people $1500 to throw their garbage away! There are empty boxes of jewelry that have been picked through. Anything worth of value they left the rappers inside the boxes to basically send a message to us that we got ripped off even more. Talk about rubbing salt on a wound!!!!
The pallet that we bought was not a return pallet. This was supposed to be new items only. When I asked the sales rep over and over again are the items new he said yes. We are extremely disappointed and I’m currently contacting our credit card company to try to dispute the charges Buyer Beware!!!!

Read moreI can't walk in and order because I'm on the other side of the country. I placed an order online 3 weeks ago, sent the payment right after, and they marked it "processing". Good thing I called, because as the second representative who finally didn't have to ask me the same question 5 times told me, "they haven't updated the site in 2 years, the prices, nothing is current." Then I was told I would just be refunded, and have to call back to reorder, and it would be $50 more, on top of shipping. Really? Are you kidding me? At least take the order and payment acceptance off of your website and do like every other company and tell the consumer to call.
