As we were walking up to the store, one worker disrespectfully yells aloud âuse the back doorâ. Instant bad energy. Her tone of voice was just disrespectful. Very unwelcoming environment. Without even being in the store for 5 minutes the cashier says to us âare you just playing around or lookingâ. There was no reason for this since we were just respectfully and quietly looking at a selection of items. Such disrespectful attitude for absolutely no reason. 2 out of the 3 workers were extremely disrespectful. One lady was quite lovely though. Worker who was cashing only started being nice to me when she realized I was purchasing an item. Completely fake and had a âknow it allâ attitude. If you want business treat your paying customers with respect. Toxic for absolutely no reason. Whenever I enter a store or restaurant I always show upmost respect to workers since I work in the fast food industry myself and understand how retail/food service jobs can be. My friends work in the food industry as well and also showed upmost respect and good energy. Arenât crystal/metaphysical stores all about acceptance, new beginnings, and good energy?? Fix your attitude.
Response, there was one cashier, a lady on the front porch, and another woman chatting with the cashier who seemed to either live there or be a regular. Stop being passive agressive and work on yourself and your behavior if you want customers. You were and are still extremely disrespectful...
Read moreLet me start off by saying, I've been to almost too many local herbal shops in the area, and this is my go to. I have some that are even closer, but Herbal Magick still is always worth the ride out, their staggering selection is always stocked, with any tea, stone, or herb just a bag and tag away. It's a very laid back shop, Ang will even let you behind the counter to grab something if you're so inclined and will be happy to help you in anyway she possibly can, if there's something that you can't find and they don't have it in stock and you need such a thing, as long as you're serious, she will order it for you. The shop it's self and the people who work there are not to be taken for granted, especially with 17+ years of business, some would say the proof is just in the pudding, yet myself and many people before me had to share their positive experiences, every time I walk in there I'm greeted with a smile, and by the time I leave, I'm never regretting a cent I spent in this place, if herb and tea shops aren't your cup of tea, you might still enjoy it here, if they are, I implore you to not pass this place by and go in at least one time, who knows? Like myself you may find your next, new favorite mom and pop shop. Oh, and I forgot to mention... BEST...
Read moreMy wife and I absolutely love Herbal Magick! We used to stop in every few weeks to pick up spices, herbs, teas, incense, candles, tarot cards, jewelry, books, crystals, vitamins, and more! I would love to stop in more, but I have moved nearly an hour away, now, so I only make it in 3 or 4 times a year, but instead we just buy 3x the amount of items that we used to!
This is truly one of the best, if not the best stores Iâve ever been to, to collect just about everything I need for myself. Iâve been to âsimilarâ stores, from Salem, MA, all the way to LA, and I have never been as happy as I am at Herbal Magick.
Angela is a wonderful person, and is willing to help with anything you ask her. She is kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, and so her mother, daughter, and even Gene, đ, who helps out during her amazing, twice yearly half off sale!
What also makes this store so special is that you can buy any amount you would like. If you need a teaspoon of some obscure spice, go ahead and buy it, if you want to stock up on 5lbs of tea, go right ahead! We are definitely...
