Elevate Cannabis Dispensary — Local services in City of Mount Vernon

My experience with Elevate has been a wonderful time. It's been one year since I've found them and I've been going back to them exclusively for that whole year. I 1st found them because I was traveling to New Jersey to obtain my Marijuana and then soon after to Manhattan. After realizing I was spending too much money on Tolls, I came across an ad for Elevate on Instagram. I was shocked my town had finally gotten a dispensary after all these years. When I 1st came to elevate I was very surprised at how wonderful the store looked. They, of course, check your ID before you come in, but once I came in, I was greeted firsthand by the security manager and one of the workers. I always order my weed online for pick up so I knew I was going to be taken care of immediately. My experience was better than I believed it would be; they were kind to me, they answered all my questions, and they made me feel comfortable talking about marijuana in a professional/friendly way. All my continued experiences with them as always been great. I've come in so much now that they greet me at the door by 1st name. The cashier always has my items ready for me, and the transactions always go fast. Now, as wonderful as this place is, there are only a few downsides that I believe are not their fault, but what I hope will be resolved long after this review has been posted: the road leading to the dispensary can either be blocked by Construction or an auto shop doing something in the middle of the street. The bridge from the Bronx side is almost completed, but the one way to get to them has a few potholes I feel are getting bigger every time I come to visit. The last negative I will mention is that they have very limited parking so if the store is busy or it's a special holiday prepare to park up the block or somewhere you can walk to it.

Besides that, Elevate cannabis dispensary is a great weed dispensary. If you want friendly people, good advice, and helpful customer service, then this is the place for you. Like I said, I've been coming for a year now, and I haven't gone to anyone else. They have online pick up and delivery (but the minimum for delivery is in the hundred), and they always have my items available when looking at the online menu. If the item isn't there, it usually gets restocked in a month or more. I've already shown them to my friends and family, and even they enjoyed the warm, wonderful experience I always get when I shop at Elevate...

Having owned two service based businesses I can say from experience that treating the customer the right way and making yours truly customer centric is the key to success. As a customer I look at every transaction that way. If I’m treated the right way I’m a customer for life if not never again. The Mt. Vernon location of Elevate dispensary is the business model for treating your customer the proper way. Staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and 💯 no pressure.. Product line is very diverse with new product regularly Availability and price are consistent. “We”all know that price is less of an issue than availability for good quality There is a rewards program that builds up after every purchase which you can use towards a purchase or to buy something outright. This is being truly customer centric. It’s like buybacks in a bar…

One recommendation: customer review section… this could be valuable information, gathered ina database that even manufacturers would want.. but at least you’d have legitimate data regarding the products from the actual users to help the salespeople when asked about efficacy etc… The software program is pretty cool and the staff has your history right there. After a couple of visits they know you and it’s always an easy back and forth. My wife, Ms Goody two shoes loves going there for her CBD gummies.. this might be the biggest endorsement ever..lol

Last example, as I was walking out I asked about the price of a cannabis infused freeze pop.. I they said it’s free if you wrote a review.. where does that ever happen anymore? I am happy to spend my money there and will continue time to support this...

This is the second time I have been to Elevate. The first I was welcomed by Humberto. This time I had Brinton help me and Shaday, check me out. Even the gentleman who checks your ID has a smile. I went after 6pm ,so it was a short wait until I was helped. The last time I went around 4pn no wait. You can order online and pick it up if you don't want to wait at all. This store is AWESOME! I am 50. I think whoever put this store together gave a feast for your eyes. An amazing amount of different weed companies and all there wares , from edibles, prerolled, and weed,cartridges. Some companies have weed you can smell. I can't say enough good things about how much I enjoyed this place. Even the people who helped me where extremely knowledgeable on all of the products.
