C C Vending Inc — Local services in City of Mount Vernon

My job uses their services and this is the worst vending machine I’ve ever used. They act like you can choose multiple options to place in your cart but then it only vends ONE item each purchase. On top of that it charges my card $5 each time but the singular item that comes out, no matter how many time I add more to the cart only costs about $2.35. I do not get digital change either, i am charged the entire $5 for 1 $2.35 item. Also it would say a snack item isn’t available when the entire section is full. All these machines do is steal money. CC Vending machines go above and beyond to make sure your individual needs are met. They take customer service very serious. One of the drinks got jammed behind the arm that retrieves the drinks and stopped it from moving. I opened a ticket and expected morning service. Literally within minutes there was a tech on site fixing the issue. Now this may have been about 30 mins or so but it felt so mush faster. . Absolutely amazing. I'm impressed and I don't impress easily. If only I can get this level of service from everything else I use... Keep up...

Totally ridiculous the way they charge for the items their asking for almost double for what you can get in a corner store for less than half the price. nothing but a big ripoff I will never purchase another thing from their machines. All the good reviews of most likely posted by their own employees. They just continue to rob money from customers I'm hoping that people will get smart and stop purchasing items from this ripoff...
