Great staff, horrible manager! Went in to the North Tonawanda Value for paint and was taken care of by Enzo. Really nice, in training so he took his time and rechecked everything which we would prefer instead of rushing through. Had a question so asked the manager who immediately bit his head off when he tried to explain. Literally said “don’t ever try and correct my correct statement. “ Enzo apologized while manager continued to berate him for trying to learn! All the while, Enzo was right all along, the manager just didn’t want to deal with us and rushed a quick decision because he didn’t want to sell us a cheaper paint. He wanted the sale and the associates wanted to help. He called Chris over, another great associate and said to help because he “shouldn’t have to deal with this” and Chris apologized to him and said, I know managers just delegate. Umm no… I’m a manager and we’re there to help and develop. I felt so bad for this staff who are so great and literally had to walk on eggshells around this bafoon manager. Especially in front of customers!! I would have left a 1 star rating except the staff is great and they shouldn’t be punished for...

After moving to NY state...The first time I went there was to pick up a window screen, another customer (a man)came in right after me also to get a screen. The clerk bringing the screens to us fell all over the guy with talk and chit chat. When he was done talking he finally gave me my screen. The 2nd and last time for me was trying to buy some paint but the female clerk was falling all over a male customer. She took two gallons of paint on a four wheel cart all the way to his vehicle. She ignored me as she walked by. A cashier who watched this mouthed the words I'm sorry. I guess they cater to men. I have...

DO NOT SHOP HERE. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. This place has practically zero product options, and if you're going to ask the staff for help expect them to start shooting over you at their coworkers about their off-the-clock activities and literally turn your back on you (actually turn around and walk away when you get their attention). Not to mention they clearly don't know anything about their products or any projects, and will completely misunderstand anything you ask (they thought the brown window sealant I was looking for meant they should show me clear borders for the bottoms of walls).
