Good Guys Pizza — Restaurant in City of North Tonawanda

WOW i hate doing this but another one bites the dust......got completely "dissed" by this once highly touted (by me) and respected establishment

story .... ordered pizza & wings gave 45 minutes sent my son to pick up ....was told the order was lost.....son was a bit ticked off and expressed his displeasure being Halloween about 5PM (got things to do and all)....and was rudely told BY THE BOSS (possibly) THE OWNER and others in the background to go somewhere else then he left and came back and apologized and waited and additional 30 minutes ....the results.....a half raw Pizza with no pepperoni in 1/4 of it and in that end an obvious fist indentation ....wings where ok though (odd).......i used to love that place but its not the first time I've gotten hosed by them .... but it is the last.......i've been going to other places lately and lumber city have done an excellent job...wasn't gonna go to Good Guys but son really wanted it...but whatever we cooked it the oven an additional 15 minutes that's two local "restaurants" i will never give money to again ...i'll go...

I am not attempting to badly tarnish the name of this place by any means or rain on everyone’s parade, but I fail to see the hype and admiration after many visits to this place thinking that I went here on a bad day or a day with newly hired people. The pizza is mediocre at best and tastes “strange” sometimes. When it’s fresh out of the oven the crust completely detaches itself from the cheese & toppings. When it’s cooled and the cheese isn’t as hot, it still isn’t really fused or baked onto the crust and I can peel it off completely like a sort of skin. The parking lot has no painted lines, has potholes, and is always a nightmare pulling in and out of. Today was the last straw though, I willingly put in money with my coworkers and tried it again for the first time in almost 5 years. 2 hours later my stomach pain has me confined to the bathroom in a cold sweat and unable to stand, this was the only thing I ate today…. Enough is enough, never returning. To clarify, literally no other pizza I've eaten in my life has caused...

Where do I start? My first experience with this place landed me with burned pizza. Yes, I said burned pizza. When my wife went to pick it up, they said "sorry, we but burned your pizza". Now fast forward to this evening and my Wonderful interaction with the lady at the register. I gave the lady my information for the order and she kept asking me "last initial", I asked three times what she meant for clarification and all the lady kept saying was "last initial?", All while gradually increasing her attitude. Once I figured out she needed my last name, now it's time to pay. The lady attempted to charge twice, even though I already paid online. Once I said something about getting charged twice, I was given even more attitude followed by a snarky "what app did you use?". I would like to thank this lady for her bad attitude, her lack of tact and the burnt pizza are why I will NEVER come back here. There are a million other pizza places that gladly provide a service with a smile and zero attitude. Stay away...
