I had a service call that turned out very well, the gentleman that came in was knowledgeable and even showed me a few tricks and gave a few tips. However, I called for assistance because my settings for envelope printing didn't seem to work and I was very dissatisfied with the level of customer service, the person on the phone told me I should use my other printer.
