Another World — Local services in City of Schenectady

I recently visited the new another world and was VERY disappointed with the staff.I was comparing lubes with another competitor near Altamont ave,and the staff was totally NOT interested in helping me.The first time and now the last time ,I was there , I found it large ,bright and clean. I came to the counter and was ignored till I asked about the lubes in the front case. The young lady appeared more interested in the crossword she was doing ,instead of helping me. If a customer came in to go to the "movie room" ,she stopped and handled them first. No ,hello. No ,can I help you . nothing even close to a proper retail atittude.They are in retail sales ,right?When I bothered her about the lubes, she said very little about the products (water based etc) but basically said I dont know about the products and went back to the crossword.NEVER GOING BACK AND TELLING EVERYONE NOT TO BUY THERE. I don't know why anyone would go into a store in such sketchy area, that is also not very well lit at night. I went with my girlfriend for both of us to discuss the store once we left to both agree no females would willingly come here alone. On top of the fact the prices are ridiculous you can get everything they have there online for literally one third of the price.
