Had IVO install our countertops in kitchen June 2025. This company was referred by my son, who is a contractor, and has used/seen their work. Very pleased with Scott who helped explain the process. He gave me links to vendors websites who made the countertops. Was able to take a pic of my kitchen and download the color of countertop I wanted. Excellent feature to help pick style/color out. He came to our house and took measurements. The end result was excellent/great fit. Explained when they would be in and it was accurate. When delivery guys were installing one of the countertops, unfortunately it did break in half. It was the section that had the sink cut out in it (so not as strong in this area). Spoke to Scott and within two days, I had the new countertop installed. Thank goodness they had extra granite so everything matched up. Even though we had rugs/blankets covering my brand new refurbished hardwood floor, the broken granite fell on to the floor and put two dents in our floor. Within an hour, a Rep from company came and took pictures and forwarded to the owner of IVO. Within an hour, the owner called me and apologized for the mishap and told me that the company would pay for getting hardwood floor repaired. Yes, it was heartbreaking to see the granite break in half and pieces hitting new floor, but, the end result is beautiful. I love the countertops that they delivered. I have flipped homes for some years now. Buying from Lowes or Home Depot I had to go to the quarry in Cortland to see the actual Granite slab, to insure what I was getting. Then along came IVO.......a LOCALLY owned FAMILY owned company with a HUGE SELECTION of slabs in house to look at, along with Quartz and Marble.....I bought Kitchen cabinets and granite from them for 2 houses that I have flipped and the quality, customer service and installation were OUTSTANDING !!!... We are now doing another complete kitchen for my son with their quality Kitchen Cabinets and amazing Granite and this Kitchen will be one of the most outstanding ones in our area..... Everyone there is soooo friends and professional.... I can' say enough about these people.....OWNERS and EMPLOYEES !!!! If there's even the slightest of problems, as it unfortunately happens in life, they are ALL there to make it right, NO MATTER WHAT IT IS....they totally bend over backwards for me. to go ABOVE and BEYOND..... I will NEVER do business with ANYONE else. AND DID I SAY.....THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT !!!! Love this ONE of a KIND place in Utica, NEw York........ PS:.By the way, I truly believe that in this apathetic world where most workers don't care and just receive a pay check and punch clock that the consumer should complain if needed, But I ALSO feel that people need equal recognition those, for outstanding...

I don't write a lot of reviews for businesses. But when they do a GREAT job, I go out of my way to make sure people know that they do excellent work. If you need countertops in the CNY area - this is the place. Awesome to deal with. The truck with our slabs was delayed, and they made sure that we got our countertops installed as soon as possible - couldn't have handled that setback any better. The installers, Serg and Yuri were awesome. I love to watch this type of work - and they were great to talk to, and really demonstrated how much they love the work they do. I would hire them to work for me - if that says anything. Very conscientious. They showed up early - when has that ever happened?!?! Usually, when a business gives you a timeframe - it's always right at the end of that window. Not these guys! They were there right before the window opened up. The first picture has not one, but two seams in it - I challenge anyone to be able to find the seams in that picture. They're that good. I would have them install my countertops any day....
