Verizon — Local services in City of Utica

Wow,I walked in on a Saturday The parking lot looked like a scene out of the Fast & Furious 7 not 1 or 2 with the old rice burners there was m5 and 5 series bmws and Audi's and a bunch of exotic cars everywhere. Come to find out it was all of the nine employees that were working there definitely overkill 9 people come on but whatever i am guessing they get paid on 100% commission so the company does not care about them or there families and bills just stuff the store with as many heads as they can but thats typical in todays large companies i am sure the top 5% are eating good anyway. I was Instantly greeted by 5 representatives and was brought to one of there desks to upgrade my phone Come to find out it was the store manager Jason thank god because last time there was a giant 7 foot man that was very pushy and lied to me and said whatever he wanted to make me feel comfortable to get my friendship and business glad he was not there this time because I would of just walked out if you see this man do the same thing trust me he is a 🐍 but Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable. I don't think I've ever worked with a Verizon. Representative that knew so much about the phones and plans other than this guy in rome named rick but he dont sell phones anymore i guess after 20 years the company dont want good reps like him around maybe he should of made more stupid phone calls and bother us customers that got a cell phone not a house or airplane. Jason was able to upgrade my phone and transfer all my data and get me into the plan I wanted and needed and did not have to LIE like the giant man did to me I will definitely be sending all my friends and family to go See Jason at the Utica Verizon store.Uticas best Verizon...

I wouldn't spend a dime with this company after the experience I had with Rob Bearer. Not to mention the only thing sales cares about is their paycheck. They try to trick people with the sign in the front of the building. They are NOT a REAL VERIZON, they are a third party retailer so Verizon won't get involved with any issues you have with this SCANDALOUS COMPANY. You will end up with nothing but a pounding headache and a phone that probably doesn't work because in order for them to do anything you want you have to jump through hoops and play games for days. They sold me a damged 800 dollar phone and jerked me around till the last day of my warranty and then tried to kick me out of the store until the next day so my warranty was no longer valid. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a company. Save yourself the frustration and go to New Hartford or at least not this place. ... Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy....Rob Bearer is also the biggest idiot...

Best service ever in Verizon. This was my first visit to this Verizon store and I wish I came here from the beginning. I was treated like a customer should be treated, with respect and valuable. I dealt specifically with Robert Baran, and hands down he's the best Verizon rep I've ever spoken to including conversations over the phone. From now on, I will not go to another Verizon store but this one. I'm not saying others are bad, all I'm saying is that this place was amazing and I was greatly pleased with their service as well as the condition of the place. Great location as well, handicap parking available right by the entrance. I was in no way encouraged to do this review by anyone, I honestly think it is not enough compared to the quality of service I've received there, but it is the least that I can do as a thank you.
