Went to get gas went to coffee bar I use whole milk went to machine and whole milk was empty asked cashier Amber ly that was in front about changing milk she said it is not her job she then proceeded to answer text on phone watched her unplug cell phone walk to restroom without letting anyone know she was leaving the front empty. Waited about 10 to 15 minutes then she reached in cooler gets a pint of milk and said this is what I do then tell manager in morning poor customer service I feel they should learn to supply coffee bar and machines if working midnight shift. this is all between 4:40 A.M. and 4:54 A.M. One they should not be texting on phone or charging your phone at the register . Then a girl that just came in even helped to change Milk Machine. food service girl Adrianna tried helping again while Amber ly played on her phone, and mouthing as I did say instead if playing on phone she should be here watching and learning. I have been doing customer service for 15 years and if I told anyone that changing milk on coffee bar was not my job I would not have a job. Oh then she told me I was being rude to her and tried explaining customer service to me. Oh kicker asked her name she said quickly then said it is on your receipt asked for managers name would not give me one she said trying to stay calm very rude tried saying I yelled at her and never raised voice once. So my question to you all does midnight cashier have to know how to change milk machines? also do they have to maintain coffee bars? or do they just stand behind register and text. On phone. Read moreThe first time i went the service was pretty good. The food and drinks i ordered came out fairly quickly but i believe the only reason was because i went at 2 in the morning. I just went the other day around 4 in the afternoon and everything was taking too long and it was busy as hell. It took me almost a half hour to get a sandwich and when i ordered a milkshake they told me they ran out of the stuff to make it. It wasnt a big deal to me at first because i was just gonna order a non shake drink. I did so and then stood in line for 15 min. Before my boyfriend could pay, our number got called so i proceeded to the drink area. They then told me they couldnt make my drinks cuz the machine needed cleaned all of a sudden. After that i just left cuz i just wasted about another half hour of my time. Thankfully we didnt pay yet. I feel this storm is extremely understaffed for how busy it can get at times. It just seems like they rushed to open to make money instead of taking the time to find full proper staff, who can take control...

I usually love Speedway but the company goofed when building this one. It's huge in terms of having 14 auto fuel pumps and a separate area with pumps for semi trucks. But, where they blew it was with the Speedy Cafe. They underestimated how many people would use it and this particular Speedway is in an underserved area on a busy state route.
