First I would like to say to anyone looking for a home let this business be your 1st choice you won't need to go anywhere else.My friend and I were looking for a home and after running all over the place being lied too experiencing terrible customer service and high prices I looked online and asked my friend to let's give it one more try and check out this business and let me tell you it was amazing in every way. We talked to Jaime and the customer service was extremely humble and helpful. Jaime was so caring and concerned about what my friend wanted needed and dreamed of and made my friend who is very shy have hope again and laugh and talk and in minutes was making the deal on the home she wanted at the price and payment she wanted and no I can't but all yes you can. Jaime gave the best customer service I have seen in year's and as an employee of CFA for 17 years and a disabled veteran I thrive and appreciate great customer service and Jaime has it. Jennifer Horn was who I worked with on purchasing my home. She was friendly and responsive with her calls/messages throughout my buying process. All staff members were nice and professional to me. They didn’t try to convince me to buy anything that was way out of my budget however offered things that was in or very close to my price range and spoke with me on the pros and cons of each. These people are very honest in what they do. I ordered “The Edge” double wide. I loved the layout and design of this home. Had a couple minor things that were messed up in the home once it was setup but this is not their fault. They are working to get these small inconveniences fixed for me; either way you do have plenty of time to reach back to them on these very minor issues to have them fixed. I purchased a mobile home 6 mos ago. It took them 6 mos to bring me an AC unit. They did not finish the underpining on the trailer(tacky) 🙄 never brought me any steps, I still have not received my title, & they did not tie the home down! If you do business with this company you have to stay on them about getting what you payed for or they will take advantage of you!
