I just left the establishment and I won't darken their doorstep again. First time I was ever there. First impressions are everything. The store is set up very well. Nice assortment of merchandise. My issue was when it came to checkout. The kid was ringing up my items, and my wife pointed out a note taped rather far down on the counter where they offered a military discount. Since the kid ha d already started ringing me up, he refused to apply the discount. He said that I should have told him before he started. I'll go where my service is appreciated enough to make the effort to re-ring my items to apply the military discount. Their prices are average to every other bait store I've been to, and I've really been to a lot of them these past few months. Once again. First impressions...

Do not bring your falcon rods here to get fixed. Pole went missing for 5 MONTHS, in the mean time they would tell us. Oh it's going to be about 2 weeks over and over. My boyfriend finally called and we talked to a lady there and she informed us that it is lost and never got sent to falcon. But she compensated us the same rod. When I asked for compensation for our troubles and time wasted (it's not hot as hell, our fishing season is basically over right now) and they proceed to tell me that if I want that I have tot talk to falcon since "they didn't loose the rod". Absolutely awesome bait and tackle store. I recommend you check it out ASAP if you're in the area and if you're ever around from out of town.

Owned locally and they have a number of products made in the US and around Oklahoma. Insanely good prices, on all products, bait/tackle/rods and reels and anything else they have.

Got amazing help from all staff members and didn't feel out of place like some local shops can feel if you're not from around there. Not to mention most of the other customers around me were very polite as well. I have recommended this place to everyone I know that fishes...
