So we made our appointment at 5:30 . I made sure when I initially contacted them they said they had a party at 4 . I asked them if they were sure on my appointment time considering I was driving way across town ! We waited a extremely long time. It’s a nice salon and most of the employees are friendly ! My mom got annoyed with the time that had past and wanted to just opt out ! We talked her into getting her nails done . I was charged $95.00. That would be for a fill with a design and shellac and then a full set for my mom. I looked at there website it stated for $50 which is a deluxe manicure which stated it consisted of classic manicure scrub and paraffin wax. She did not get any of that she also asked for a design but because they were behind it was rushed ! I showed them my design and they stated they were out of glitter ! Which was weird the design of the glitter looked nothing like the design. I saw many others that enjoyed there time with a lotion massage . I never received that . From a corporate standpoint I would say working on time management and living up to your website standards! I don’t think I will return and will stay on my side of town moving forward!
To add to that my friend as of 01/8 has been going there for years ! She was refused by a man there when asked if he could do the dead skin . After leaving a $20 tip and also contributing to get her eyebrows waxed she treated poorly !!

Read moreWent today for a pedicure for myself and my son. When I arrived I checked in and picked my color. There was a man, a kid, and a woman sitting at seats 5, 6, and 7. The woman at seat 7 got up to move to get her nails done and the guy that told me to pick my color told me to go to seat 7 and 8. I went to 7 and my son went to 8. The dirty towel was still at the footstool of seat 7 and the seat was never wiped down. I ordered the $50 pedicure (which I think is called the signature but not sure) and got my son the basic pedicure that was $30. Mine pedicure was started and about 20-30 min later my sons started. His lasted maybe 15 minutes at the most. He never received the hot towel which was listed in the description and his tech left without even wiping his legs down so I borrowed a towel from my tech to give to him. His scrape to get his calluses was very minimal and so was his massage. I asked my tech if he was supposed to get the hot towel and she responded yes, I told her he didn’t get it and she smiled and nodded her head but I don’t believe she understood me, so I tried to bring it to their attention. We left definitely feeling like it was not worth it. I gave 2 stars bc I’ve had decent experiences in the past but today ruined it for me and him. I’ll be going elsewhere...
