I absolutely LOVED this bowling alley! Lane wise it needs some work, the oil patterns (what helps the ball move essentially) was WAY different then what you would find at the other local bowling alleys, but it gives the place its unique charm and challenges bowlers of any skill level. Aside from that, there was the normal problem with the pin setter (a pin was missing during one reset), it was a tad difficult to get the pins fixed after that (again being used to other bowling alleys with newer equipment) it took a minute to do so. The music selection was fun and suited for all ages, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the snack bar had great portion size for the price they were asking. Definitely try this place out for the experience! It literally felt like stepping back in time!

I called this place to get information about booking a bday party (I had my Sons bday party here 3 years ago and it was awesome) I spoke with a lady named Becky. Becky informed me that she was the new owner and we chatted briefly about having the party. She informed me of the new hours of operation, she stated that business was down so they opened later in the day (we previously had the party at 2, she said they opened at 4 now) I told Becky I would give her a call back when I got a definite head count and we could go from there. Becky gave me her cell number and told me this was the best way to contact her. After a few days I called Becky to book the party. (This was on a Friday) First call, no answer. Second call, someone answered. She said she was Becky’s sister and that Becky couldn’t talk because she was driving (understandable) so I told her who I was and what I wanted, she said Becky would give me a call later on. Well, Friday passed, no return call, Saturday came and went, no return call. Sunday I decided to give Becky a call, no answer. I immediately got a text that stated she was driving and couldn’t talk…(also understandable) she said she was driving back from her vacation, I apologized for bothering her on her vacation and she said she would call me back later. It is now Tuesday, I have yet to receive a call from Miss Becky. I get people are busy, people take vacations, but being the “owner” I would expect a little bit more in the way of customer service! I had to delete my other review in order to do this one, but I must reiterate, the party I had 3 years ago was awesome! Customer service was spectacular! We had a very good time and my Sons enjoyed themselves. Too bad I couldn’t even book the party this time…Thanks...

This place is old, but not rustic. Dilapidated barn with bowling lanes is the closest phrase I can come up with. The shoes are ripped and falling apart. The positive thing is that their fee is all-inclusive. You don't have to pay to rent the messed up footwear. It has never been crowded when I have gone there. There are usually a few families in there, but most lanes are available. They can put up bumpers for you, if you are bowling with children. They are manual kind that are installed at the start. Once they're in, everyone is bowling with bumpers. They don't retract. The scoring machine is a bit dated. There are some quirks when you are bowling more than one game. You'll probably need the staff to reset it from game to game. I don't remember there being food there. There are some arcade games in the back. There is a jukebox system, but it mainly steals my money without playing the songs I paid for. There is always plentiful parking. The staff is hit or miss - overly friendly to downright passive aggressively hostile. Most of the patrons are quiet, respectful and keep to themselves. Others are drunk and casually racist. But that's not on the establishment. That is more a function of the area. If th establishment was opened during holidays, I would rate them higher. However, they are not. So, one star is the best I can do with everything I have...

The staff were very rude and unfriendly. I felt so out of place at this bowling alley. I've never been to a bowling alley where I was under such strict rules. I felt like I was at a job where I was being micro managed, and everything that I was doing was wrong. The drinks and food are way over priced, the technology on the isles was from the 90's at least. And to make it all worse me and my wife went with a couple as well and we wanted to play two games together. She said that we couldn't all play on one isle, we had to play on split isles. 2 players per isle. So instead of paying 23 dollars for two games we had to pay 46 dollars for 2 games. She said that we weren't allowed to use the lighter balls, men had to use men's balls and women had to use women balls. I didn't know that balls had fenders attached to them. After the bowling we decided to play pool and she came in there a few times to rush us out of our games, are y'all almost done was asked more than once... This place has terrible business ethics. I do not recommend them for anyone who is truly trying to enjoy themselves. I don't know what this woman's name is that I mention when I say "she" but she is a short woman with dirty blond hair. Maybe brown hair and blonde highlights. If she is working, know that you won't be able to breathe wrong without her...
