Usually good service. Scheduled a Covid Vaccine for myself and my child. When I got there to get the test done both names showed up under mine. Staff was extremely rude. Insinuating that I was an idiot and did not put in the information online correctly. Even telling me that they did tests for their children without issue. I received email confirmations. I also booked another test to see if I had made an error but did not. Since the child is a minor the site may automatically default to the guardian name. Horrible customer service out of any Walgreens I’ve been to throughout the country. Ended up calling corporate and booking...
