I am new to the camper/RV experience, and I knew nothing when I called Sun&Fun to inquire about leaf springs. Being a female, I'm used to dealers making the mistake of misconstruing my gender and kindness to equivalate as ignorance. Corey treated me with the upmost respect and took the time to educate me, even before I gave Sun&Fun my business. He called to check in on my first night using my camper as a sound resource for any questions I had. The next morning, I had gas alarms going off in my camper and my electricity quit working, as things will inevitably happen when owning any home or vehicle, new or used. I had to emergently bring the camper into Sun&Fun where Corey was able to secure my camper a spot in their garage that same afternoon. Corey and Jeff were honest about the work that needed done, and didn't try to tack on any extra work or unnecessary expenses that most places would try to do to a novice. The value of integrity these gentlemen own in the work they do, beyond surpassed any mechanical and dealership experience I have ever had in my 30+ years of living. In only 2 short days later, Corey ensured my camper was fixed and would be a solid home to travel across country full-time in for my travel nursing job I just took. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner Chad, who went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and at ease with the situation at hand, and even helped carry my belongings from my camper to my truck. True genuine gentlemen work at Sun&Fun. Summer is likely their busiest time of year and regardless of how slammed they get with work and inquires, they will treat you like you're their very first customer, better than family, and every time. I have only the highest marks for Sun and Fun RV. On all levels. They made our entire purchase experience smooth and easy. Our story: we found the exact 5th wheel we were looking for, on their website, 2000 miles from where we live. A 2018 27.5 ft RLTS Jayco Eagle. We called. Big shout out to Dan and Gene for helping us every step of the way. Dan, our salesman, answered all of our questions. He took all of the pictures we asked for, researched all of our crazy concerns, was so patient and made us feel very comfortable and well cared for. Never pressured, this all took place over the phone. Gene in the financial dept. was on top of every detail, making the transaction well understood, staying personally in touch with us and explaining every email correspondence we had. They gave us a fair price for an amazing, clean rig and hooked us up with the best transporter we could have ever asked for. Dwight was a no hassles sales man. Kept my concerns in mind and answered all my questions.

Gene was very quick and nice guy to chat with. Had my finances put together in 20-30 mins.

Also, the orientation they provide when picking up the trailer is priceless. Ran through dumping process and all other items. Including taking on and off the new hitch, which I was unfamiliar with. I think the guy's name was Mike or Matt and the new guy he was training.

I did run into a problem with getting my hitch delivered. But, honestly probably more of a shipping problem from the IT outages recently. Just delayed picking it up one day. Wasn't really to big a problem for me. But, they offered me a free service for winterizing for the delay. That was very nice if them and was awesome.

Talked with the owner Chad multiple times. He is always walking around the store and very accessible. Good guy.
