I wish I had even one thing nice to say about this place. Purchased a home 3 years ago with a carbon filter system that had been installed by Js Wholesale. Noticed we were having residue left behind in our water (NOT Js Wholesale fault) so I called to see if the filter system was something that had to be maintained. Had a nice conversation with the owner and she said it was past due to be "rebedded" and that she would have a technician call me to schedule an appointment. Technician calls and we get appointment scheduled. He shows up on time and immediately tries to sell me on a water softener and not simply rebedding the carbon filter. I explain I am not looking for a water softener, just to have what we already own maintained. He proceeds to tell me that he doesn't have any of the supplies with and we would have to reschedule a second appointment. At this point I am in disbelief that the owner had told me what needed to be done, then the tech tries to upsell me on what I don't need, and further doesn't even bring the supplies to complete the service he was there for. Fast forward to later that day when he calls to schedule the appointment to come back. Technician tells me the price is going to be 10% higher than what I was already quoted. I ask to speak to the owner to find out why I would have a price increase from what she quoted me earlier in the week and also to explain the gap in communication as to why the technician wouldn't have been prepared to begin with. I could hear in the background the owner wasn't interested in speaking to me and they never followed back up to reschedule service. I went with a different company that was courteous, professional, on time, and overall significantly cheaper. Don't waste your time or money with...

My water softener was installed about 2 years ago, some problems and they came to fix. 2 years later I remodel my pool and learned that soft water is not good for my pool and my lawn, the system was installed for my entire house. Initially they told me that I had to pay for proper installation because it's been 2 years, I refused because I am not the expert and did not know about not being good for pool and lawn, they agreed to properly reinstall. I have left more than 13 voice messages in total, they never pick up the phone or return the messages. I am telling you, stay away from this place. I even called my credit card to cancel the 1 year salt delivery that I pay and don't use, but they can't chargeback/cancel due to timing. Now I will have bags and bags of salt delivered for 1 year without any usage because I am not going to keep spending money to fix my lawn or my remodeled pool. To be honest, I do not even know if they will continue to deliver salt. The last delivery was July/18/2023 close to 2 months ago and no one answers the phone. It pisses me off that I have spent $1250.00 for the system and $267.50...

Paid for a year of service after reference from the previous owner.
