Update, my 710 order fit today did not arrive and i was not informed that the sweeties AIO pen was not available even though i preordered as an inventory controlled item, the flowery decided to replace what i ordered with another item i did not consent to for my medicine. they fail to put delivery dates on any 710 invoices and it was clear that at soon as i started asking questions, backpedaling and invoices for items i didn’t not order appeared in my emails. this also happened to me at the i ocala store for an item i ordered in stock and when i arrived to pick it up the store was so disheveled it took more then an hour to rectify and i let it slide. now it’s happening again on a very clear and concise inventory controlled pre order. the flowery is falling since they were bought out and new ownership chooses to lie instead of being forthright and honest, with the ability to rectify with ease the mistakes they’ve made for my medicine and their unauthorized replacement of a product
unbelievable trying to deal with you to replace a cart that is clearly not working. It was verified in person at the inverness store and it’s unfortunate that you are still requesting a video of me using the cart. The process to replace my MEDICINE is complete insanity. This could have been easily taken care of in person at the store and it’s upsetting the hoops one has to jump through to get a replacement. Do I need to contact the omni and let them know of the difficulty i’m having and the extremely difficult process to replace my medicine that was clearly compromised and verified at the inverness store in person?? you are doing a disservice to your customers by not allowing this process to get competed in person. Read moreFirst time Flowery customer. Great folks work here. They're honest and look you in the eye when they answer questions. I like that. The product bought was 40 OG Indica flower, testing out at just under 27. The product is packaged in a "tear-off the top", press-to-reseal bag. The tear off didn't work well and scissors were employed. Alas, these arthritic fingers could not open the press lock. It's truly industrial ! The scissors came back out and cut below the press lock. Ok Flowery, there's the extent of negative feedback. Once the cranky packaging was behind, a quick peek inside revealed some of the most lovely, perfectly formed (and delivered ) top or near top colas. One 4g package was comprised of 3 large buds. The other 4g package contained 4 buds. Powdered sugar coated these buds and the aroma was strong, pungent. I couldn't wait and broke out a clean grinder. This batch is perfectly dried and grinds beautifully ending up a light fluffy and very sticky crumb. I'm a traditional pipe user and this product packed nicely in the bowl. Ok, two hits, that's enough for me. Joint pain is a thing of memory for the next few hours for sure. As I write this, it may be evident that the hoped for deep relaxation and prelude to sleep, hasn't happened yet, but it may still. In its place is a wonderfully calm but very aware head high that has had great legs for nearly the first hour. On 2 hits, it's terrific.
