I want to update this review. I had a transmission failure on my GC1705 MF tractor. Mr. Cain called me a few days after I dropped it off for repairs under warranty. He informed me that the repair might be refused due to the fluid being out of spec, needless to say I was really concerned, this would be a very costly repair. A few days later he called again and informed me that they would repair my tractor regardless of the status of the pending warranty claim with Massey Ferguson. They (Cain Equipment) went above and beyond all my expectations in repairing my tractor. This one customer interaction was the epitome of taking care of the customer.

I wrote a negative review on this dealer in the past and want to right a wrong. The interactions I've had with them overall have been positive. My family has utilized the Cain family for years for maintenance and parts. I purchased a new 2019 tractor from them earlier this year. They were knowledgeable and willing to help me choose the right product. I will say I chose massey because of their warranty and advertised zero percent financing. I will tell you that it is not zero percent financing. They have two different prices based on finance options. Both are drastically different. They also don't tell you about all the erroneous fees massey and agco tack on without authorization. I had a hand shake agreement on a tractor for a price. When I finally got my paperwork in the mail it was drastically different. I should have just paid cash. Nothing against Cain equipment but I think agco should provide you with all the details before purchase. I have contacted them about just paying it all if in cash and we shall see...

Cain Equipment was the only tractor dealership we visited that knows how a business should be run. Their Christian values show through in how they treat their customers. We ended up buying a Mehindra tractor with over 20 horsepower more than all the others we looked at for only $3000 more. Best advice I got from a friend was "the more horsepower you get, the better you will like it" & that is really true.

Kabe Cain even met us on a Saturday when he was supposed to be closed, so we could pick up our new tractor, and so he could show us how everything worked (this is our 1st tractor) .
