I have to admit , I'm really upset about the lashes. For starters , they are not individual lashes , one on one lash like a classic set should be and what they said they would be. POOR APPLICATION . They are flare lashes OVERLY glued to multiple natural lashes.this does not allow natural lashes to grow and shed individually as they should. These are hard and plastic feeling. She needed to trim lashes near the base of the lash. After they settled , they are poking and irritating my entire eye. They are uneven , though I came back to see if tina could correct it but left with a fuller droopy lashes. When I initially came in, Tina was late for our first appointment. Groupon kept coming up, so i went on to see the hype and noticed they advertise full set for a normal price of $60 and discounted to $32 , I was charged me $125 and didnt even apply them individually. Maybe its because my sweet demeanor and I'm normally not confrontational ,hell it may even be because I'm white ( assumed I was out of place, assumed I was upset with music choice because its "not classical" , and volume of shop, whatever it was , they thought I was an easy lick. And in the end I was because they have my money and i have an appointment to remove the terrible job that was done. I googled the business. As I found it was so close I distance from my home I took a walk I understood that they stated they did appointments but did not state that they DO NOT do walk ins. So I visited the location on a Saturday afternoon and to my surprise no one was available doors locked and the sign said they were open 11-7pm as I believe it was 2 pm. I then called the phone number provided and no answer yet a answering service I did not leave a message. I left and about 2 hours later I received a phone call and it was Blink as she asked did I call I said I did I visited the business and noone was available she stated they did appointments. However I mentioned nowhere on the internet or business it says appointments ONLY. So I was under the assumption there would at least be someone there to speak with. Overall I support local small businesses however all details wasn’t spelled out, she did not let me address my concerns or opinions without cutting me off during our conversation, and really didn’t apologize or see where they could’ve did something different as far as setting forth details as a sign or even speaking the rules on the voicemail. With all of this is why I didn’t choose to receive service from Blink studios. Communication whether oral or written is...

The atmosphere was great the owner tina seemed great until one I waited almost an hr past my appointment time to be serviced. But worst of all she glued my lashes together then took scissors to my eyes and cut them apart. Before letting me open my eyes and handing me a mirror she said "oh why did you cut your lashes?" Me being confused I said " I have never taken scissors to my face. But I just heard you cutting something" she claimed it wasn't her. When I opened my eyes and looked in the mirror all I could do was cry. My bottom lashes were cut. Gone. Fresh cuts. And they were stuck to the top lashes. Just sticking out everywhere. You could tell they were my bottom lashes, they were even curled in the opposite direction of the top lashes. They burned for hours and my real lashes top and the cut ones on the bottom were ruined. I sat in the car for about an hour just crying. Absolutely horrible experience. It took weeks for them to grow back. I hated looking...
