I took my laptop to them for repair.The guy Tj took the property to his home thats an hour away to fix and then said I had a bad mother board .He also gave me the wrong part number for mother board when we where trying to come with an agreement to fix.He never gave a quote until he remeber he had a loptop just like mine.When he told me this i just said iam go else where to fix .When I returned to store to pick up laptop because I New someone who can do it at a cheaper cost. My laptop was missing this was Friday he said monday because he will not be in and he had it at his house. When I returned to store monday to retrieve laptop the HARDRIVE was missing ..I was told that the HARDRIVE was dead but that wasn't the original descriptions he quoted for me.They then proceeded to accuse me of being dishonest .To add insult to injury they never gave me back my hard drive I am still waiting it's at his home an hour...

The original owner has passed away a few years ago and reliable help has been difficult to come by. There are very few skilled technicians left yet the current owner has a new guy working on catching up with repairs. This will take time. My set has been there a couple months and it's hard to find some parts. That is beyond their control yet I saw a customer come in there and act a fool because parts were not available to fix his set. The technician who works there now said he's fed up with customers who don't have the sense to.understand the reality sometimes that parts can't be found . So many of the customers make this business not worth working in. Many other shops have thrown in the towel. It's not worth the stress and the employees...

OMG please don't do business with this guy the old guy is stuck in the late 40s, he is rude as hell they came by my house to pick up my TV in a dodge mini van well I told you that a 82' TV wouldn't fit in the back of your van.
