they put out defective lift chair recliners. I have had 3 remotes to quit working due to the wires work out of the remote. You call the company to get help. THEY REFUSE TO CALL YOU BACK. You send an email thru the contact on the web site. You call the customer care team leave a message stating you have sent a contact form in they call you cuss you out saying 'how dare you leave a message like you did we will not repair or replace your chair you are on your own even thou you have extended warranty that was purchased for the chair.
