I ordered a sectional from a dealer in my area, after 9 weeks the sectional finally arrived. To my satisfaction everything was in tact but to my disappointment the color did not turn out to be what I had expected. I went back to the dealer and they told me all sales were final and it was up to the manufacturer. Manufacturer refused to take it back so I'm stuck with a $2000 bill for something I cant use. They have no humanity, will never purchase another piece from them. I do not recommend them as a company. Buyer beware. As for the people that run Jackson - May you get back exactly what you deserve. ...
